STANDARD SHIPPING TO SWITZERLAND

Standard shipping to Switzerland is FREE.

Priority shipping to Switzerland is CHF 9.

All orders to Switzerland above CHF 25 are sent on a tracked service with Swiss Post.

During busy periods delays may occur. If an item is not available for immediate dispatch you will be notified by email and advised of the expected delay. In the event that an item is sold out and your order is unable to be fulfilled we will notify you via email, providing you with the option of back order, exchange or cancellation.

 

EUROPEAN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping to the EU is CHF 15 for orders under CHF 100 or FREE if you spend CHF 100 or more.

Duty (or customs tariffs) and VAT are set by the destination country authorities and are not included in your order total at the time of purchase. Any duties or taxes incurred outside Switzerland are the responsibilities of the customer and will have to be paid by the customer separately upon receipt of their order.

Deliveries to Europe are shipped with Swiss Poste and take between 3-5 working days to arrive. All international orders are tracked.

 

CANADA & USA INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping to the USA and Canada is CHF 20 for orders under CHF 100 or FREE if you spend CHF 100 or more.

Duty (or customs tariffs) and VAT are set by the destination country authorities and are not included in your order total at the time of purchase. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibilities of the customer and will have to be paid by the customer separately upon receipt of their order.

Deliveries to USA and Canada are shipped with Swiss Poste and take between 3-7 working days to arrive. All international orders are tracked.

 

RETURNS

If you'd like to return an item from your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@tobitokids.com or using the contact form on our website. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll send you a return label by email.
  3. Re-pack the item(s) securely—ideally in the original shipping box—and affix the return label to the outside.
  4. Drop off the package at any post office in Switzerland.

Please note: For returns from outside Switzerland, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend obtaining a certificate of postage in case the parcel is lost in transit.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the rare event that you have received a faulty or damaged item, you must return it to us before we can replace it or refund you. Please email us at contact@tobitokids.com with a picture of the damaged item and we will instruct you on how to proceed.

 

PROCESSING RETURNS

Please allow up to 21 working days for your return to be processed, although we aim to complete this within 3 working days of receiving the item(s).

 

RETURNING GIFTS

If you have received one of our products as a gift and it does not fit or it is faulty or damaged, we can only refund the original purchaser, who will be informed. If you choose to exchange an item that is faulty or damaged, we cannot always prevent the original purchaser from knowing.

 

EXCHANGES

In order to exchange an item, you must return it in saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. If you are shipping from Switzerland, you will receive a free return label to return your order. 

For orders which are returned from outside Switzerland customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.
