STANDARD SHIPPING TO SWITZERLAND
Standard shipping to Switzerland is FREE.
Priority shipping to Switzerland is CHF 9.
All orders to Switzerland above CHF 25 are sent on a tracked service with Swiss Post.
During busy periods delays may occur. If an item is not available for immediate dispatch you will be notified by email and advised of the expected delay. In the event that an item is sold out and your order is unable to be fulfilled we will notify you via email, providing you with the option of back order, exchange or cancellation.
EUROPEAN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping to the EU is CHF 15 for orders under CHF 100 or FREE if you spend CHF 100 or more.
Duty (or customs tariffs) and VAT are set by the destination country authorities and are not included in your order total at the time of purchase. Any duties or taxes incurred outside Switzerland are the responsibilities of the customer and will have to be paid by the customer separately upon receipt of their order.
Deliveries to Europe are shipped with Swiss Poste and take between 3-5 working days to arrive. All international orders are tracked.
CANADA & USA INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping to the USA and Canada is CHF 20 for orders under CHF 100 or FREE if you spend CHF 100 or more.
Duty (or customs tariffs) and VAT are set by the destination country authorities and are not included in your order total at the time of purchase. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibilities of the customer and will have to be paid by the customer separately upon receipt of their order.
Deliveries to USA and Canada are shipped with Swiss Poste and take between 3-7 working days to arrive. All international orders are tracked.
If you wish to return an item from your order, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days from the date of receipt. If you are ordering from Switzerland, you will find a free return label included in your order together with instructions on how to return your items. You can use this label to post the item(s) back to us for free.
Non-faulty items being returned from outside Switzerland are returned at the customer’s expense. We recommend you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel should get lost.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the rare event that you have received a faulty or damaged item, you must return it to us before we can replace it or refund you. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damaged item and we will instruct you on how to proceed.
It can take us up to 21 working days to process a return although we aim to do this within 3 days of receipt of the item(s).
If you have received one of our products as a gift and it does not fit or it is faulty or damaged, we can only refund the original purchaser, who will be informed. If you choose to exchange an item that is faulty or damaged, we cannot always prevent the original purchaser from knowing.
In order to exchange an item, you must return it in saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. If you are shipping from Switzerland, you can use the free return label included in your order. Goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them, so please ensure you obtain proof of posting. Consider using an insured delivery service for orders over CHF 75 if you are shipping from outside Switzerland.
Orders which are returned from outside Switzerland for exchange will be subject to additional delivery charges to cover the cost of sending the replacement items out again.
If we receive your item outside the 14 days period, or if the product does not reach us in saleable condition, a voucher redeemable within thirty days for all or part of the purchase price may be issued at the discretion of ToBiTo’.
